About Us

Hepburnia Photography is a collective of freelance photographers led by our principle photographer, Jonathan.  By working collaboratively we feel we can offer our clients a wider range of skills and services than traditionally possible with a solo photographer.

We operate across the East Anglia region from Colchester, travelling further afield when required.  With the exception of formal weddings we can supply photographers for most assignments.  Our skills don't end behind the camera - we also have some of the most modern post-processing equipment, trained operators, and years of experience.  With our strong passion for the visual art you can be assured of our service, from inception to completion.

Developing a solid, personal relationship with clients is of primary importance to us.  We are comfortable working with many different types of clients, from animals & children, to celebrities, to executives of well known blue-chip corporations. Our calm logical approach to assignments and an ability to put people at ease, makes for natural looking photographs.

Finally, a quick word about print quality: Please bear in mind that on-screen colours don’t do justice to the richness, depth, and finish of the actual prints we supply.  Most of the pictures seen in our galleries are in colour, but they can all be turned into striking black and white images or other creative formats too.  Just tell us what you want and if it's possible we'll do it.
